- Two consultants usually take part of the interviews in order to evaluate candidates in an objective and structured way, the consultants compile reports for clients based on the standpoints formerly agreed upon
- Our interviews are conducted in a pleasant atmosphere and in person (unless our clients have a special request)
- If our clients would like us to apply psychological tests or assessment center, we turn to our strategic partner Kogwheel Ltd. who can provide the results directly to our clients. We also cooperate with them if trainings are needed
- We examine first whether the candidates fit into the organisation and company culture of our clients
- We have already participated in the start-up of more companies where we not only had the possibility to search for employees but we could also make sure that the members of the starting team would be able to co-operate well with each other (see our references, e.g. Gripen, Nederman or Semcon)
- We have gained solid experience in fulfilling the workforce requests of manufacturing companies, in building up sales offices and in the real estate business
- We have already provided support in starting operations at four companies in Romania (we took part in employing seven top managers)
- Finding the right person is only one of the many tasks we take on: contracting (including legal advisory), supporting the adaptation process, and finding the common wavelength between the superior and the placed candidate are also considered major parts of our mission
- We are against the so-called stress interviews and making our candidates fill unnecessary tests for hours

- Our special strength is continuously following up and controlling the projects and the unique web-based project controlling system
- To the furthest extent possible, we prefer to work on only a few active projects simultaneously (our consultants manage three to four projects at the same time instead of eight-ten which is usual in this business) in order to get more involved in the projects at hand
- The searches are managed exclusively by mature and experienced consultants
